Apto Unveils Product Enhancement at ATD International

APTO UNVEILS PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT AT ATD INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND EXPO

Company Also Announces Strategic Partnership with Linquistix Pro  

ATLANTA — May 22, 2017 — Apto, a Nashville-based technology company, announces today at the ATD International Conference and Expo, the premiere training and development conference with 10,500 attendees from 80 countries, a new product feature called AptoPass. The AptoPass enhancement allows clients to personalize their cultural-language training experience and connect with members in their new community. 

The AptoPass features include a First Class Navigation package for a highly customized learning experience. The package includes a more robust personal profile and scenario training completion earning stamps similar to a passport. The package includes assessments that measure language learning strengths and weaknesses and outlines goals for each module. The VIP upgrade includes interactive live video chat with language experts at 15-30 minutes for six to 12 months.

“We’re excited to bring these new product features to our learners who wanted a fun way to improve their language skills and confidence while connecting with others in their community,” says Traci Snowden, CEO of Apto.

 

In addition, the company announced a strategic partnership with Linquistix Pro to provide expert accent reduction content for the Apto training modules. Accent reduction is critical to mastering a language and one of the eight pillars of informal language training at Apto.

Apto is the first scenario-based cultural-linguistic training platform to prepare internationals and their families to relocate to the U.S. The company launched its first product release in November 2016 in the Japanese language and will expand to other languages including Mandarin, Hindi and Spanish in the near future. Apto is cloud-based, making it available at any time and learners access the program through their phone, tablet, desktop or other mobile device.
